We're coming to you today from the State house in Concord.
With me are Edith Tucker of the Coos County Democrat, Kevin Landrigan of the Telegraph, Normal Love of the Associated Press and Guy MacMillin of the Keene Sentinel.
This was a big week in New Hampshire Politics.
1. For the first time in a decade an incumbent republican US Senator was unseated.
Bob Smith leaves quite a legacy. What does this say about Party Unity?
2. Sununu/Shaheen There is a lot at stake in this race. The gloves should come off in this one.
3. The Republican Gubernatorial Primary was the most expensive in NH History, and possibly the nation. Craig Benson spent about 10-million dollars, roughly 200-dollars a vote.
Keough made a strong showing. How will Benson do against Fernald?
4. There were a record number of republican votes cast on election day. the general registration breakdown is about a third republican, a third democrat and a third undeclared.
What does this say about NH Voters?
5.Let's talk about the Congressional matchups:
Bass/Swett
Clark/Bradley Bradley just barely eeked out a victory agains John Stephen.
6. Senate President Arthur Klemm has been unseated. Will redistricting be blamed?
7. other thoughts.
